Qualified Disability & Senior Caregiver

I am a qualified and experienced caregiver with over 10 years of professional experience supporting elderly people and individuals with disabilities. For many years, I have led and coordinated projects dedicated to seniors and people with disabilities, including rehabilitation, sports, social integration and recreational activities. My main professional focus has been working with people with physical and mobility impairments. I have completed higher education and numerous professional trainings in this field. I also worked for several years in Norway as a personal assistant in Bærum Kommune, providing long-term support to the same family. I cared for a young woman after a severe brain injury following an accident. My responsibilities included personal hygiene, feeding assistance, daily support, accompaniment to social activities and restaurants, as well as frequent international travel for holidays and rehabilitation. I also took full responsibility during periods when her parents were away for several weeks. I provide reliable, compassionate and respectful assistance with daily activities, personal care, medication support, meals, companionship and outings. Due to health considerations, I do not perform heavy lifting; therefore, my work focuses mainly on professional assistance and support. I am a trustworthy, discreet and well-organised person. Additionally, my husband is a medical professional with over 20 years of experience in emergency services, hospitals and rehabilitation centres and can offer support when needed.
