Looking for native English speaker babysitter

Hello
I am looking for a native English speaker who would pick up my kid (10) from school on Fridays, bring her home and spend about 90 minutes speaking reading and writing English. Her level is ok for her age but she's shy when speaking in English, otherwise easy going and lively.
Needs to be someone with some basic teaching skills.
