Mother's help - babysitting & household - live in or out

Our family in Gattikon is looking for a warm, organized, and reliable individual to join us long-term to support our two daughters: Emmi (3) and Elsie (8 months).

We are seeking a stable, consistent partner in our children's world—someone who values the magic of childhood, leads engaging outdoor walks, and nurtures Emmi's curiosity through play. While Elsie follows a gentle nap routine, the core of this role is creating a stimulating environment while keeping our home's daily rhythm running smoothly. We are looking for someone who desires a long-term role and wants to become a trusted, steady presence in our family life.

The Daily Rhythm
We have a professional service for deep cleaning, so this role focuses on the daily maintenance of our home. We seek someone who is naturally tidy, proactive, and committed to helping our household flow.

Your Role:

Creative Engagement: Leading age-appropriate play, nature walks, and activities that spark discovery.

Nutritional Support: Preparing healthy snacks and simple meals for the girls.

Full Laundry Management: We require full support with all laundry (washing, drying, folding, and putting away) for the entire family.

Daily Home Flow: Managing bottle cleaning/sanitizing and ensuring toy areas are kept tidy throughout the day.

The Evening Reset: Wrapping up the day by ensuring play areas are organized and the kitchen is clean so we can enjoy our evenings together.

Schedule:

July/August: Mon–Thu, 09:00–17:00 (Mondays: both; Tue–Thu: focus on Elsie).

From October: Mon & Tue: 09:00–17:00 (both); Wed, Thu and/or Fri: 17:00–20:00.

Additional: Flexibility for occasional babysitting.
