I'm looking for a carer near me

I am seeking a carer to assist my elderly parents residing in Lenk im Simmental. My mother, who is 86 years old, has balance issues and requires help moving around the flat and with daily tasks such as hanging laundry and cooking. My father, who is 92 years old, is in good health and enjoys mountain walking, so I need someone who can provide support to my mother, ideally for 3-4 hours a day during the weekdays and who can speak English.
